We were going to be different...

The petite pixies: Sally Tuffin and Marion Foale were the dynamic duo that started the clothing line Foale and Tuffin. They studied design at the Royal College of Art and began their company when they were still in their early 20's. Their clothes were young, bright, simple, wearable, and most importantly- “with it”. Foale and Tuffin was an essential part of the revolutionary British Youthquake, along with Mary Quant. Fans included: Jean Shrimpton, Pattie Boyd, Jenny Boyd, Grace Coddington, Zandra Rhodes, Sally Fleetwood, and Betsey Johnson.
