Cristobal Balenciaga's genius has become timeless over the years. His designs were of perfect elegance, simplicity, and abstract eccentricity. In the 50's Dior produced new looks every year and women copied his latest styles, Balenciaga evolved slowly and his pieces were more like works of art from the Spanish Baroque.
