Rong Chhun, President of the Cambodian Confederation of Unions (CCU), said this Friday that he will go visit border post no. 109 located in Da commune, Memot district, Kampong Cham province, on 24 November. Rong Chhun said that the border post visit is to see with his own eyes whether any problem is taking place there, then he will send question to the government to correct any mistake. He added that he is going there to visit, not to uproot border stakes as opposition leader Sam Rainsy did. Nevertheless, sVar Kim Hong, the government minister in charge of border affairs, already said that the he will order the authority to stop Rong Chhun’s group from reaching there because Rong Chhun is not a border expert.
