Disgraced Hun Xen was born to lie and cheat!!!

In response to the request made by 17 SRP MPs sent to Heng Xamrin, president of the National Assembly (NatAss), asking that Hun Xen clarifies on the EU Parliament’s decision, in particular in the case of Sam Rainsy, Hun Xen sent a 3-page reply dated 02 Nov 2010 to Heng Xamrin. In his letter, Hun Xen said that the EU Parliament’s decision dated 21 October 2010 was merely an opinion.
The Cambodian government considers that the EU Parliament’s decision as lacking information, and lacking of liaison with a number of EU countries which maintain diplomatic relationships with the government of Cambodia – an independent and sovereign nation that does not has any duty to take any measures stipulated by the EU Parliament.
Hun Xen indicated that the goal of his regime is to preserve the aid provided by the European Union, as well as from other countries, i.e. it lies on the strengthening of trust based on respect of mutual interest, in particular, on the automatic decision rights by each nation.
In response to Hun Xen’s letter, opposition leader Sam Rainsy, who is currently living in self-exile overseas, reacted by saying that Hun Xen’s action and reply will bring dishonor and shame on Cambodia.
Sam Rainsy added: “The reply of the Phnom Penh regime shows that this regime does not understand and it does not respect the principle of plural democracy at all, and it gave an uncivilized reply. Such response will bring further scorn on Hun Xen’s government and it will bring dishonor on Cambodia because his reply is not reasonable at all.”
