Saving Money On Maternity Clothes

If you are pregnant and don't want to spend alot of money on clothes you will wear for only a few months, consider getting a maternity band. What is a maternity band? No, it is not a group of pregnant musicians. A maternity band is a type of belly band. It is something like a tank top which fits over your regular clothes and allows you to wear regular clothes during your pregnancy days. Though that simple explanation may make maternity bands sound tacky, many women are wearing maternity bands and enjoying the savings that they bring. Baby Products: Ten ESSENTIAL baby products every parent must have

Before our baby was born, I made a lens about baby products that I thought we would need. I was wrong.

Now, with the benefit of hindsight I have used our experience to update our lens with the ten baby products that we believe are absolutely essential. I have never seen a list like this before. Please have a look and let me know if you agree or disagree.

Plus we have included some reviews of the hits and flops that we bought. I will give a hint here. One of the essential products was footed pajamas. Our baby lives in his footies.

The worst? We bought two of the best known swaddlers on the market. Some babies love swaddlers, or so we hear. Our baby HATED swaddlers. He voiced his opinion about the swaddlers from day one. Our little Houdini struggled his way out of both swaddlers nearly everytime that we put him in one. After a few weeks we surrendered. He won and we stopped using them.

Baby Songs : Our Baby's Favorite Baby Songs

Have you searched for entertaining, education and fun songs for your baby? After going through many many songs, we made a selection of our baby's favorites songs. It was helpful for us, because now all of his songs are in one place. But it might be helpful to you too.

Finding the right baby song is difficult to do. Some songs were to scary for our baby. Some were too boring for us. Some songs were too noisey and made him cry. The songs here are fun, educational and easy to listen to both for our baby and for us.

What Are the ESSENTIAL things we must have when our baby is born?

We are expecting a baby! We are starting to get ready for the birth of our first baby in about four months time. Soon, we are going to start buying things. We would like your help in creating our shopping list. Can you help us to identify the top 10 items we absolutely, positively MUST have when our baby is born?

I am not talking about the nice-to-haves. I am talking about the must haves. What must we absolutely have when we bring our baby home from the hospital on the very first day?
