khmer agriculture improve Youn-Siam economics, Why Khmer Government no use brain?

I would ask, any one has any relative at Kabin, Somlout, Dam nak sala,those are the place where the forests just destroyed, then becomes the field of corn, potatoes, rice, oranges, and more. Before the year 1999, this area were full of mines. When CMAC ( Krom Dos Min) comes to solve the mines, so it is the good time for the high rank official destroy the forest to sell to Siam, and more. and they have their own owner of the land.Some killed others because of the those land.This area is located near Siam border. When Khmer plant the potatoes, rice, plus many vegetables.
on the time to collect these agriculture's, Siam merchant come to buy. like potatoes, corn so on.
it makes Khmer hurt so much that the Khmer government could not find the market for those agriculturists. they just sell them to Siam. to enhance Siam products to export to the world.



Could you tell me, which provinces are famous at doing rice?
For I am , I could just say, there are a few provinces in Cambodia;
1. Battambong, Kompongcham....that I think these provinces are famous at doing rice.





Cambodia is the best agricultural country, it is easy to improve by focusing on agriculture. Hun Sen, No brain to improve its economic, he only increase gangsters, hungers... for Cambodia.
